In the process of chemical industry, iron and steel, electroplating and other production and operation in Jiangyin City, the pollutant discharge units directly or indirectly permitted to discharge chemical oxygen demand to the environment and the pollutant discharge units permitted to discharge sulfur dioxide to the environment in Jiangyin City are all included in the scope of paid use of pollutant discharge right.
